Kathleen, a 14-year veteran of FCB Health NY, an IPG Health Company, has spent more than 20 years creating effective, award-winning work on marquee brands across a broad range of categories. She began her career in consumer advertising, working for notable clients such as AT&T, Ford, Citibank, Sprint, Kodak, and the US Marine Corps, among others. After discovering healthcare, she eagerly jumped in and never looked back.

Over the span of her career, she has been both a winner and a juror at The New York Festivals, Cannes Lions, D&AD, One Show, Clios, Effies, and more. Her category experience is vast, and sheâs created award-winning work for all types of brands, from dermatology to virology.
Grounded in a firm belief that creativity has the power to help improve lives, she relentlessly pushes for work that breaks through and changes human behavior in new and unexpected ways.

Bruno Bomediano is a Cannes Grand Prixâwinning Executive Creative Director with over 20 years of global experience across SĂŁo Paulo, Dubai, and New York. Currently leading health consumer work at TBWA\Chiat\Day, he has spearheaded Modernaâs most impactful campaignsâearning over 60 international awards, including Cannes Gold Lion in Film, NYF, D&AD and One Show Pencils, LIA, Clio, MM+M, among others. His work helped establish the agency as the most awarded health shop in Omnicom history and contributed to TBWA\Health Collective being named Global Health Agency of the Year at LIA, while Moderna was ranked second-best global client. Previously, Bruno led creative departments as ECD and Head of Art at top agencies, building bold, design-led campaigns that connect brands to culture through striking visuals and deep human insight.
One of the most awarded and influential creative leaders in global healthcare advertising with over 25 years of experience, Nick has driven breakthrough campaigns for some of the industry's most iconic namesâincluding Amgen, Eli Lilly, and Boehringer Ingelheim. His work has consistently pushed boundaries and set benchmarks across the healthcare landscape.
Nickâs creative leadership has been recognized at most major international advertising festivals, with recent gold & silver wins at Cannes Lions, gold at The One Show, Clio Health, London International Awards and New York Festivals,plus Titanium at MM&M alongside honors from D&AD, Graphis and Communication Arts.
In 2021, Nick was named the #2 ranked Creative Director and the #1 ranked Art Director in the world by the prestigious international publication LĂźrzerâs Archiveâa testament to both his creative excellence and global influence.

Her work has earned recognition from the most prestigious names in ad land, including Cannes, Clioâs, D&AD, One Show, and LIA â with 3 projects even being awarded âgrandâ level statues (2 Grand Clioâs and 1 Grand LIA).
Clay herself has been listed as a top 100 Creative Director in the world and #14 Copywriter in the US by D&AD and LĂźrzerâs Archive, respectively.

She is currently Chief Creative Officer at Ogilvy and just this year was recognized by The Drum as one of The Worldâs Most Awarded Chief Creative Officers.
At her prior postion, Renata was the first Global Chief Creative Officer at Wunderman Thompson Health. She has spent much of her career at WPP agencies including VMLY&R and Grey. During her 10 years at what was then Y&R where she was regional creative director, she oversaw 19 countries and led three main creative centers of excellence.
During her time at AREA 23, just in 2022 Renata won over 30 awards including a Grand LIA in Art Direction in Pharma & Medical Craft plus several golds at the London International Awards, a Cannes Lion, 6 Clios, 5 MM&M awards, and 4 Bricks at the Creative Floor among many other renowned creative shows.
She has served as a juror at the London International Awards, Clio Health Awards, The New York Festival Global Awards, Fierce Pharma Marketing Awards, Clube de Criação do ParanĂĄ (Brazil) plus many Luerzerâs Archive student and work selection juries. She was part of the 50/50 Initiative from the Art Directors Club whose goal is to bring equal gender representation to the creative industries, specifically in award show juries, speaking engagements and boards of directors.
Renata was born in the US and grew up in Brazil, and she has a multinational family with her brother being German, her sisters Brazilian, one grandfather British and the other Portuguese. Renata hails from a variety of influences and she believes in breaking barriers and bias, given that human truth resides in the center of different points of view.
Renata is passionate about transforming thought-provoking ideas into stunningly crafted work. She is a champion for giving a voice to diversity and generating inclusiveness, to create an environment full of collaboration and creativity. She believes that not only must our industry give meaning to science, but it must also be a trailblazer in improving health all over the world.
With over 20 years of experience in advertising, Marty combines outstanding creativity with superior knowledge of the industry and constantly pushes the boundaries of creativity by bringing together art and science to inform work that will drive human impact and behaviour change.
Marty serves as the CCO of TANK Worldwide, where his creative vision since joining in 2015 has helped TANK become a global leader in the health and wellness space today with offices in New York, Toronto, London, and MontrĂŠal. TANK has become one of WPPâs fastest growing agencies, driven by Martyâs creative teams that are reinventing the role of health/wellness agencies by crafting ambitious, impactful stories.
His work has spanned the globe and won numerous awards along the way across Cannes, the LIAâs, The One Show, The Webby Awards, Clio Health, the Lisbon Health Awards, New York Festivals, the Anthem Awards, Epica Awards, Applied Arts, the Rx Awards, and Communication Arts.

Mentoring young creatives is not limited to Martyâs own agency â he annually participates as a coach in LIAâs Creative LIAisons program. Marty is also highly sought-after as a guest speaker, drawing on his extensive expertise to offer valuable insights and strategies. Jane Motz Hayes is convinced that at the heart of every problem lies a design solution. Armed with 25+ years of experience in film/television, start-ups, and agencies, she now leads a global team of CX creative designers and content strategists at Havas Health. As Chief Creative Design Officer, Jane's passion for the nexus of design, technology, and storytelling makes her a driving force behind elegant and innovative customer experiences for her clients.
As a leader, Jane focuses on empowering teams to grow alongside business by nurturing talent. In addition to mentoring young experience designers at the University of Toronto iSchool, Jane guest lectures in topics like accessibility and inclusive design to graduate students. She has had the honor of serving on award show juries at Cannes Lions, Clio Health Awards, London International Awards, and the Canadian Screen Awards nominating jury for short film & documentary.
Laura has over 20 years of experience in healthcare advertising, and has been recognized by Cannes Lions, Clios, and LIA. Growing up in a family of scientists, her mother a microbiologist and her father a chemist, she was inherently drawn to a career in science and health. Her passion is translating data into inspiring creative ideas. She has led HCP and DTC brands across a range of categories, from diabetes to rare disease. As CCO at MRM Health, her focus is bringing together strategy, technology, and creativity, to build relationships and experiences that improve outcomes in all aspects of health. In addition to being a champion for compelling creative work, Laura also strives to be a mentor to the next generation of women in creative leadership. As Laura continues in her career, she hopes to inspire her 6-year-old daughter in her most recent pursuit to become a scientist.
Aaron is a Group Creative Director at Deloitte Digital. He has 15+ years of experience with a focus on health, sustainability, and innovation. His work has been featured by Forbes, Fast Company, and The United Nations, and has been widely recognized by industry festivals including Cannes Lions, Clios, and NY Festivals. In 2024, his work earned the MM+M Titanium âBest in Showâ and drove Deloitte Digital to be named one of Cannes Lionsâ most awarded US agencies and one of the top 10 most creative companies in the world.
Colleen Sweeney has over a decade of experience spanning business, brand, and enterprise strategy roles. She rose through the ranks at McCann Health New Jersey, shaping market-leading brands, before moving industry-side to architect portfolio strategy & narrative for one of the worldâs largest biopharma companies.
She brings a deep love of science, a desire to advance human health, and a relentless curiosity that drives her to pursue paths of lasting impact. Her work centers on one truth: when we strip away the labels that illness or society imposes, weâre all just people and the best work--either in strategy or execution--invites discomfort, challenges norms, and sparks cultural conversations.Â
