Jason Graff

Jason Graff is the Global Chief Creative Officer at VML Health, overseeing the agency’s global creative vision across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. He leads a specialist health creative network spanning life sciences, pharma, HCP, DTC, and consumer health, advancing VML Health’s Human First creative philosophy. In this role, Jason also serves as a member of the VML Global Creative Council.

Before joining VML Health, he spent nearly a decade as EVP, Executive Creative Director at AREA 23, following ECD roles at Publicis and the Kaplan Thaler Group. His work spans a vast range of therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, and vaccines, partnering with global giants like Pfizer, GSK, Eli Lilly, and AstraZeneca, alongside major consumer brands like Wendy’s and Tide.

Recognized as one of the most awarded creatives in healthcare, Jason has been ranked the #1 ECD in the world by The One Club. His work has amassed 30 Cannes Lions (including two Grand Prix), 50 One Show Pencils, 49 LIAs, 41 CLIOs, and 17 D&AD Pencils. He is a regular judge for major global awards, including the CLIOs and London International Awards, and is deeply committed to mentoring the next generation of creative talent.

In his role, Jason partners with client, strategy, and technology teams across VML and WPP to bring together AI-driven innovation, science, and world-class creativity for health brands and the patients they serve.

Jason is married and the proud father of four children and two dogs.

Christian Bauman

Christian has guided major campaigns for clients including Pfizer, Sanofi, Novartis, Alcon, and many others. Recipient of the 2026 MM&M Pinnacle Award, he has served on executive juries of most major award shows, was a Jury Chair for the 2023 Clios, and has his work represented in both the Smithsonian Institution and the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame. Outside of work he has an active creative life, as the author of three critically acclaimed novels and as a former regular commentator for NPR’s All Things Considered. Bauman has been featured on Fresh Air with Terry Gross, The New York Times, CNN, Details, and Elle among others. Christian served in the US Army from 1991-1995, including tours in the war zones of Somalia and Haiti. He lives in New Hope, PA with his wife and dogs.

Beth Elkis is an Executive Creative Director at Accenture Song Life, where she leads global multidisciplinary teams that combine creativity, technology, data, and health. As part of the world's largest tech-powered creative group, she works with life sciences companies to turn complex science and healthcare challenges into relevant ideas, experiences, and campaigns that connect with people.

Over her 25+ year career, Beth has helped launch and shape more than 50 healthcare brands, spanning breakthrough therapies, blockbuster product launches, disease awareness initiatives, and market-shaping campaigns. And has been the recipient of over 100 industry awards.

A strong advocate for creativity as a force for change in healthcare, Beth is driven by the belief that the most effective solutions are both emotionally resonant and scientifically sound. She believes her enthusiasm for unique experiential events can be traced back to her childhood, where her mother never threw a party without a theme.

Emily 'KK' Knight-Kristoffersen

Emily Knight-Kristoffersen (or KK to anyone who's tried to spell her surname) is a Scientist turned Copywriter, turned Creative Director.

After completing an MSc in Immunology, KK came to the slightly inconvenient conclusion that lab life wasn't for her and stumbled into healthcare advertising. It turned out to be a rather good fit.

Over the past 17 years, she has been fortunate to hone her written and visual craft at some of the world's finest healthcare agencies, including DDB Remedy, Havas Lynx, Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness, McCann Health and ultimately, The Considered. What began as a scrappy start-up has grown, under her creative leadership, into a powerhouse of 60+, and the 2025 MM+M Small Agency of the Year to boot.

From chemotherapy to breakfast cereal, KK has spent her career creating work across the full spectrum of pharma, health and wellness, recognized with multiple awards at NYF Health, Clio Health, The Creative Floor, MM+M and PM360. She is genuinely honored to have serve on the NYF Health Executive jury, and fully intends to bring the same rigor, curiosity and puppy-like enthusiasm to judging great work as she does to making it.

An innovative marketer with deep industry expertise, she has led commercial strategy for organizations ranging from large pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech firms, including Pfizer and Forest Laboratories. Prior to joining Calcium+Company as Chief Advertising Officer, Anna served as President at imre and held leadership roles at H4B Chelsea and Havas Health & You.


In her current role, Anna oversees Calcium+Company’s two advertising divisions, Calcium, the agency’s healthcare marketing practice, and Amino, its specialized oncology marketing agency, guiding their strategic vision, creative excellence, and continued growth. Known for transforming insights into impactful action, she combines strategic acumen with a deep understanding of patient and customer needs to drive meaningful business results. Throughout her career, Anna has helped shape the success of major brands, including Pfizer’s Lyrica, Viagra and has worked across numerous therapeutic areas and audiences. She is a collaborative leader who inspires teams, champions strong brand stewardship, creativity through insight and a commitment to innovation.

Before Moon Rabbit, Loren led strategy for Merck Oncology, Janssen Immunology, and AstraZeneca Respiratory franchises, helping drive meaningful differentiation in highly competitive markets. Her graduate studies in psychology and research at Mount Sinai Medical Center, focusing on brain protection in cardiac surgery and psychiatric disorders, continue to inform her human-centered approach to insight-driven marketing.
